How Our Process is Different
At East Taylor, one of our biggest sources of pride is our process. We’ve spent a lot of time developing and fine-tuning our process, so our clients can have the best experience possible and get exactly what they need out of it. The best way to think about our process is as an idea factory that’s powered by your purpose and people. Every single part of our process is focused on human-design, connection, and support!
How We Begin Each Project
Each project is unique, and our proposal process reflects that. Our process kicks off with you filling out an initial questionnaire before our intro call together. Once we’ve talked and we have a good idea of your goals, we’ll get to work putting together your unique proposal. We can deliver that either virtually or in person if you are local to Savannah!
Since we deliver quality work and an immersive experience, it’s best to have a healthy budget before reaching out to us. Just to give a general idea of what we mean by that, our branding work starts at $3,600, Squarespace and Shopify websites start at $10k, custom WordPress websites start at $15k, and apps start at $15k. We will meet with you to discuss your business, and create a custom pricing proposal based on your needs!
Our Process Phases
There are five unique phases to our process. Each phase of the process has its own goal, and we can only create something amazing for you by going through each phase. These phases are Discover, Think, Create, Build, and Launch/Tend. Discover is for learning all about your business and your brand while Think is when we sift through all the information and put it together. Create and Build are when we get to the really fun part of creating exactly what you’re looking for (and we know exactly what you’re looking for because of the last phases)! Finally, Launch and Tend is when we finally launch your project and give you the tools you need to take care of it. You can read more about our process phases!
Our Unique Discovery Process
We really set ourselves apart starting with our discovery process. We dig into our client’s “why” and explore the meaning behind our clients’ brands (often helping them discover things along the way). This heavily influences our end product. Our goal is to create a more meaningful result that you feel you were a part of and that aligns with your vision.
This discovery process is so important because it sets up everything that comes after. We can’t develop or build the best experience for your potential clients unless we understand exactly what they need and how you’re going to provide that for them.
Building Out Your Custom Branding + Website Experience
Once we know absolutely everything about your brand and your business, we get to work creating everything you’re looking for. We’ve got the plan, so now’s the time to make it a reality. Because we’ve spent so much time in discovery, we’re better equipped than most design companies would be to create.
